Prepared by the Perception Institute in cooperation with the Public Defenders Committee, these videos come in two separate videos, each running one-hour long. In Part 1, Rachel Godsil, Director of Research and the Perception Institute and professor at Rutgers University Law School, and Alexis McGill Johnson, Executive Director of the Perception Institute, address racial paradoxes (why outcomes do not seem to align with society's egalitarian values) and implicit bias. In Part 2, Godsil covers racial anxiety, stereotype threat and then took questions from the audience.
